If you are planning a European vacation you should consider the Liguria region of northern Italy, which is commonly known as the Italian Riviera. The powerful marine city preserves the traces of its great history to a remarkable extent. Imposing buildings, great churches and aristocratic houses testify to the splendor of the past and integrate perfectly with the fabric of the modern city.
