Technologies have enabled features such as VOIP services, which improves interactions between businesses and their clients. New technologies have brought about advanced features such as broadband, which makes it possible to hold automated and fast communication including VOIP.

Mobiles are quite cheaper than other communication means such as post and they are also much faster, thus transactions are easily concluded. Its also ensures that clients can reach the business any time they require something, therefore improving service delivery.
