Third tip - SIM-share. Many mobile service providers such as o2, Vodafone and Virgin Mobile have started to offer several SIMs together in one cheap package andndash; by sharing these out amongst your friends and family youandrsquo;ll enjoy limitless free calls and texts to each other.

Fourth tip - look out for free text and call deals. Various advertisers recently joined forces online to offer free texts and minutes to sixteen to twenty-four year olds. For this privilege, the user must agree to receive up to 6 multimedia messages each day from companies. So if youandrsquo;re willing to sell your soul (a little) you could save yourself some cash.

Fifth tip - put your old mobile to good use. Did you know that you can trade in your old mobile towards the cost of a new one? Most mobile phone shops offer this service and it can get you more than andpound;20 off the cost of a new handset.
