The reason for the huge success of iPhones is how innovative and efficient they are. These are phones that rarely crash, meaning you can always use them without having to reset and without experiencing any problems. At the same time they can do practically anything. They have 3G internet connection, wireless, an in-built compass, GPS, touch screen and a whole wealth of other innovations and this means that there are countless applications for them.

And that's where iPhone really changes everything – by having an instantly accessible 'app store' filled with every application that any one could want. This app store has the strike of sheer genius of being filled with apps made by its users and small software companies meaning that it really caters for everything and meaning that it's just brimming with imagination.

This is partly why iPhone repairs are so popular and why iPhone repairs companies have such good business. However this is also a reflection of the fact that iPhones do sometimes go wrong, and that although they're very popular and close to perfect they do have some flaws.

The first is the screen. Touch sensitive, high definition and attractive though it is, it is also fairly brittle and this means that a cracked iPhone screen is always on the cards. Another problem is that the battery stops working. This happens eventually in any phone, but the problem with the iPhone is that the back of the casing cannot just be removed meaning that you need professional repairs in order to get in and get it working again. This is a fairly easy task but not one you can do yourself. It does also mean that you will have to pay for a replacement battery from time to time, but it doesn't hurt to do this anyway.

The camera lens in some cases can also stop become chipped and scratched just as you might get cracked iPhone glass on the screen. This is less common as it is a smaller surface area, but nevertheless a pain if it means that you have lines and chips in all of your photographs making iPhone repairs a necessity.

Great though the software is too, this also sometimes has a habit of going wrong. One common mistake people make is to take hundreds and hundreds of photos on the phone and not to delete them. This can eventually get to the point where it slows the camera down, and confuses the iPhone. In some rare cases the photos no longer store or can be viewed, and attempts to delete the existing photos crash the phone while syncing crashes your computer.
