The one thing is that it is everything but foreseeable! A good fishing spot on one day might turn out to be a waste of time the next. Ordinarily a bit of determination and perseverance go a long way, but if you have invested several hours at the same spot without even a hint of a bite, you might have to go hunt for greener pastures.

Fishing can be as much fun or as much work as you want it to be! It's usually a good idea to keep the fun fishermen and the business fisherman away from each other, as the different approaches to the sport can quickly turn out to be quite a catastrophe! It doesn't matter what excuse you use, just make sure that you get pleasure from every minute next to the water!
