There are a number of typical mistakes people make when they are back in the presence of their ex, unfortunately, the situation usually turns ugly because there is no clear plan of what you are supposed to do. Panic sets in and you become defensive and argumentative. The typical mistakes include:

• You try to convince him, he is the love of your life

• You apologize profusely for everything

• You promise to change for good this time

• You try to get them to see that it wasn't really you fault

• You even beg her to take you back

If something, like you, is scarce, then he will want it. So for this situation, you need to increase your value to him but being scarce and creating demand. Start today; make yourself scarce by not calling him. Just leave him alone. He will only start wanting you when he knows he cannot have you and other men want to be with you.
