A Divorced Woman

A marriage that is dissolved by a court of law or any other body of authority is in technical terms called a divorce. This term is very familiar in the modern world We see and hear about many instances of it, it has become a part of the modern society that streaks of so much sophistication and so much complexity. A marriage is a bond that is shared between two people for life and the dissolution of such a contract bound also by law is in most cases not so simple. The laws relating to the ending of any marriage contract should not be simple as a family is the base of any society, and thus in most countries divorce laws are not so simple. Not only is getting a divorce time and money consuming, it may have a negative impact on the couple's children. Therefore, in some countries in the world, it is a law that the couple should settle their differences without resorting to getting a divorce. In the Philippines it is illegal to separate once married, going to show that there are various laws in different countries regarding this subject. However, it is a relatively easy process in the majority of Western nations. Unlike divorce annulment means the marriage never occurred. Till the last decade the divorce rate worldwide was comparatively lower as compared to some countries with Sweden topping the list at 54.9 percentages of marriages failing to last the vows till death. An increase in awareness of human rights issues and rapid urbanization can be viewed as positives, though their arrival often results in situations where people try to live up to the cultural ideals of marriage, only to decide later that it is impossible to do so in reality. Divorcees from a large number of these cases agree that such a harsh response was instigated by the lack of decent communication. The key to a successful relationship is the ability to exchange thoughts and views without fear. It is detrimental to the lasting of that relationship. Other explanations given for a relationship breakup include infidelity/adultery, lack of revenue, abuse, different life goals, religious/cultural differences and many more Also people hardly discuss in the wake of a marriage their expectations and any other issues prior to a commitment. Some individuals bold, assertive movement offers many rewards, but that should be viewed differently from those who act in reckless disregard of others. Additionally people need to realize that marriage is not some silly teenage game and that keeping the vows is a serious matter which is going to affect many different people.
