Are there certain dreams that you are holding off on until you find true love? Granted, living your dreams is often more fun with your soul mate at your side. But, it's no reason to stop enjoying life and progressing as a person until you find him.

This happens when our underlying need is still unmet. For example, you may want a guy who belongs to your same religion and goes to church every Sunday. However, you're underlying need might be to find someone who has the same spiritual depth as you do. Can you see how you could find a guy who goes to church regularly, but has no deep spiritual foundation?

Knowing the difference between your needs and your wants will determine much in your relationships. If you get what you wanted and not what you needed, you will not be satisfied. Discover your underlying needs, and you'll discover what you need in a soul mate.

Don't forget, finding true love is your choice. By continually growing and understanding yourself, you will greatly increase your ability to find him. Begin now by allowing yourself to be single, chasing after your dreams, and deciphering her underlying needs. It will cause an amazing difference in your life as you search for your soul mate.
