Now make a running stitch along one of its border. Hold both the ends of the thread in the stitch and pull to give a round shape to the fabric, say a flower-like shape. This is your base flower. Cut another strip of a similar type of fabric of a different color.

This will measure 16 inches long and 2 inches wide. Carry on the above process to give the strip a floral shape. Place the flower on your base flower. You can repeat the step with another strip of 10 inches long and 1 inch wide. Place three flowers one above the other onto your shirt wherever you choose. This is just one of the ways. There are millions of ways to design shirts. All you need is a creative mind and keenness to apply it.
