Not only can the lawyer complete the minimal conveyancing work, they actually have a duty to advise clients and share their knowledge, skill and expertise. Other related areas such as Family Law, Taxation, Wills and Estate, just to name a few can affect or be affected by conveyancing – and lawyers will be able to provide advice on these issues.

You will require the services of a conveyancing solicitor if you are thinking about moving house and want legal advice concerning buying, selling, renting or leasing a property. Finding the right solicitor is quite difficult, as there are many choices out there. First and foremost, you should find a conveyancing solicitor that has experience in the type of purchase that you are dealing with.
