Create Meaningful Content: The content of an email must be informative and short in length. Repetition in content may cause negative impression on subscribers. By meaningful content, we mean a content giving either completely new information about a product or updates of the existing products.

Proper Arrangement: the format of the message should be very clear. It is better to highlight key information and use bold and italics fonts in order to focus on particular points. Use simple language without overstating about your products as it can give you more response than highly bombastic and exaggerated language.

Follow your prescribed schedule: Timing consistency plays an important role in building up a fair impression of the company. Timing consistency means that you must regularly dispatch emails to your subscribers within a specific period of time which you mentioned in the subscribers registration form.
