Choosing Between Cold Water Dispensers

Article Written By: Davemorin

Add Your Picture When it comes to purchasing cold water dispensers, there are a number to choose from. There are plenty of manufacturers that makes dozens or more different designs. In fact, there are different designs coming out each year to cater to various needs or demands of new clients and customers. This being said, it may be a little overwhelming for those trying to choose one.

In order to do so successfully, it is necessary to look at the space where the dispenser will be located and then consider a few elements.

Size and Shape: The size of cold water dispensers range greatly from those that are small and square to those that are tall and rectangular shaped. Some of these are actually quite compact and don t take up too much space at all while serving a great purpose. They are perfect for setting on a smaller table or on a shelf. The taller ones stand on the floor and the nozzles are positioned at a height where both adults and children can reach. While it might seem logical to have the smaller dispensers for smaller rooms, depending on the design or layout of the room, even the larger ones can be situated into small spaces when they are tall and rectangular.

Number of Nozzles: For dispensers that serve just cold water, there may only be one nozzle, but there is a choice between these and the ones that also serve warm water which of course have two nozzles. This being said, the more advanced cold water dispensers can be found with added nozzles to serve more than one individual at a time. In the case that the area has a high volume of traffic, there may be a need for extra nozzles.

Overall Design: The overall design is about how it looks. Some of these dispensers have the water bottle showing while others hide the bottle. Some are shaped in an abstract way while others look quite simple. It is all about what the purchaser wants and what suits the mood of the area in the best way. The most economical ones are generally the simple looking models but when an individual prefers to add some class to their room with a fancy water dispenser, it will cost a little more.

This being said, these dispensers generally last a very long time so in either case, it is money well spent.
