These allow you to step in and out of your shower without having to climb into the bath and give you more space to get washed and dried. As well as fitting with the minimalist design that s currently the prevailing look, this also means less water on the carpet or tiles while you dry and less condensation while you wash. This will in turn mean that the bathroom stays looking newer for longer, and that the windows, ceiling and tiles don t become mouldy as quickly.

Other options when choosing a bathroom suit are the type of bath, and here you can opt for either a round or long bath as well as additional features such as a Jacuzzi option. Things like this make a fun gimmick if you have the disposable cash and will both impress and be fun and relaxing to use – there s nothing quite like relaxing in a Jacuzzi after a hard day s work (be careful however as leaving them without using them or cleaning them as the jets can become mouldy too over time).

In terms of the taps and plug holes there are also now many different options and again the desired look is minimal. Single or hidden taps work well and there are all manner of fancy options. Flushes too can now be hidden as pedals or buttons for a truly minimalist as well as hygienic approach. For those looking for a more traditional look however they may opt for silver or bronze taps, so long as the design is consistent throughout the bathroom suite.
