You need to be aware that you could be consuming certain foods at the wrong time of day, so the body doesn't burn calories and instead stores fat. Be advised that calorie burning will be maximized when you eat certain food at certain times of the day. This may sound controversial, but this irregular eating style encourages an increase in your metabolism - you will lose weight.
