There are so many different ways to make eggs. You can make eggs scrambled, scrambled with cheese, fried, hard boiled, or soft boiled. You can also make egg sandwiches. It is a nice way to change things up if you are getting tired of the normal every day dinner foods. Plus, of course, it is super quick and easy to make as well in case you have a busy evening.A lot of children are picky about what foods they eat but most kids like at least one of two forms of eggs. This is a good way to know that your children are getting a nice healthy meal.Also many estaurants serve eggs for breakfast. They usually have a full breakfast menu and buffet to choose from. A breakfast buffet is great because then you do not have to wait for your food to be cooked. It is just ready when you get there and you can pretty much eat all you want.For the most part, eggs are pretty healthy. This recipe mixes it up by adding a dash of Indian flavor! 6 hard boiled eggs1/2 large red onion, minced1 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp curry powder3 tbsp fresh cilantro (also known as coriander), finely choppedlittle bit of oil for fryingsalt to tasteAfter you have hard boiled the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolk. Set aside the whites. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions until they turn clear. Stir in the pepper, curry, and cilantro. Once it is mixed well, add the egg yolks and mash it all up until it is smooth. A little bit of salt is essential for humans but we often tend to overdo it. Taste the mixture at this point and if it is good you can forgo the salt altogether. If not, stir in a little bit at a time until it suits your taste. Now you just carefully spoon the mixture back into the white. Top with your preferred chutney (mango chutney is delicious!) and serve. Viola!
