There are many realtors who help in buying and selling your property and take charges from buyer and seller. Because of that some people think that what is the need to consult realtor? Why we give some extra money to them? Same the seller of the house thinks that I can sell it myself. Why I should consult realtor? From one point of view their questions are right. But I have some reason and answers of that question, which favors to consult a realtor, regardless you are buyer or seller.

You want to buy a house or other property. You are a businessman. You have not much time to find the properties available on sell. Realtor is professional. He takes huge list with him. You just contact him/her and inform about your interest. In one day they can show many properties of your interest. You can choose best among them. It saves a lot of time and also wide range from which to choose.

If you are seller then you always wants to get best possible price. If you are buyer then you always want to get best property according to your requirement and in reasonable price. Realtor can do the job for both. He/she knows the proper price that seller can get. According to the area in which property lies he can give the idea about the price. Buyer can give the criteria about his requirement and realtor can suggest best according to that. So, in the price factor seller and buyer both get satisfaction. They both can get best deal. They never feel that they are cheated.

There are properties, which is built on illegal land. There are so many reasons that make the property illegal. Some time seller fraud the buyer. He finds that he is cheated, when he faces some trouble. But you can t do anything. Some time fraudulent makes duplicate paper which completely looks like original. To stay away from this fraudulent, it is better to consult reputed realtor. You are spending your all important money gathered throughout of your life. There must be surety that you are getting best deal.

After buying the property, you have to transfer the documents. You should get the owner certificate of the property. It takes a lot of time. If you have consulted a realtor, he/she will do it for you. Just provide your proofs and they will do the transfer procedure. It saves a lot of time and trip to the government offices.

Some time you have not enough money. You decide to get it from the bank by the mortgage. To do that, you have to follow a long procedure. Some realtors are working as an agent of mortgage. Otherwise they introduce you to other agent. They do the whole procedure for you. It makes your work so simple.

There are so many other advantages to consult a realtor. Some people don t consult realtor to save the money. But he/she founds that he/she cheated, they feel guilty. Some time it takes lot of time to follow legal procedure. In between that time you will think that it would be better if I have consulted realtor. And I want to say that they are not taking more money from you. They are taking some normal charge from you. It is proper according to work they do for you.
