7. The NIE number, that is national identification number, is necessary for buying a house and for most things which you want to do. If you want to live permanently in Spain then you have Spanish registered car and a Spanish license to drive it on Spanish roads.

8. It is important to find out a trustable estate agent who offers many services than just selling a house. Always be careful about the advertisements that offering you free or low-cost inspection trips, you could pay for this in end. There are many illegal properties in Spain and many estate agencies who selling them. So always beware from those.

9. After purchasing the property in Spain you must receive Comprehensive Title Insurance. It protect you from claims by third parties like undisclosed heirs, unrecorded tax liens, alteration/loss of title documentation. Title Insurance also can help you for purchasing permanent home, holiday home or investment.
