There are many illegal properties in Spain and many estate agencies who selling them. So always beware from those.

9. After purchasing the property in Spain you must receive Comprehensive Title Insurance. It protect you from claims by third parties like undisclosed heirs, unrecorded tax liens, alteration/loss of title documentation. Title Insurance also can help you for purchasing permanent home, holiday home or investment.
