These leases are available for a longer period of 5 to 20 years and are usually opted for by companies with their own office furniture and equipment. These offices can be chosen according to the budget and the services and facilities they have. One can even choose to make a few additions according to the demands of the business. An office in the right place can affect the business considerably, which is why most corporates choose a location at the centre of the city.
