When you think about selling home maybe you think about to settle all of your furniture and anything else in your home. Well it is really correct but selling home means also to remove all the clutters, to repair all the damages in the house, to decide what price of your house, and to make the ad in the newspaper or magazine. It needs long planning and you need to do it long time before you want to sell it. You should throw away your emotion and think about it as a marketable commodity. Next what you need to do is throw away all the clutters inside your house. Perhaps you're emotionally attached with some of these clutters and I tell you once more you need to throw away your emotion. Think about all clutters within the closets, garage, attic, and basement. You don't want the buyer come and see some of the clutters in those locations. And then you need to fix all the damages. But let me tell you, repair the damages for selling house doesn't mean you do anything costly such as remodeling it. Checking the light, water, closet and toilet is really a good point to do for selling home. Do check the floor, wall, ceil, windows and doors.Maybe the difficult factor to do would be to decide the price of your home. Don't set your selling cost too high cause you may get difficulty to get buyer. And in the event you drop your cost later it might be too late. Selling home about six month is a long time and if there's nobody who buy it in this period of time the other buyer may think that you will be needy and they'll make a lower offer. Next thing would be to make advertisement. You should make an appealing but not exaggerating. And after you advertise your house and there's somebody who desires to buy your home you need to show your house to them. Try not to be home when they come to see your house, take the kids to the nearest park and try to control your pets. Keep the home tidy and throw away the kitchen trash. And in the end your house might be sold with the price like you wanted.
