Almanzora is first class for experiencing the real Spain with all the conveniences of modern living. One of the main pulls is the location. Almanzora is located in the Costa de Almeria which, in turn, is situated on the Mediterranean in the eastern part of Andalucia. This area doesn't just have a pretty name; there is history behind it too. It was the birthplace to flamenco and bullfights and the birth place of Picasso himself. Today, the area is mainly populated by fishing villages and other rural delights such as orange groves and white grape orchards, which to me really sums up the Spanish feel.
The locals have good values and an easy relaxed way of life. Personally, I love the idea of spending time in a town city that doesn't rely on the Internet or computers to power its economy, but one that has old traditional skills in making a name for themselves. And for me, that's why Almanzora is always going to have a small piece of my heart.

After your trip (yes even the best things in life must come to an end), you may decide to join the many who after their holidays in Spain decided the Spanish lifestyle is for them and invested in a Spain property.
The other great thing about this part of Spain is the flexibility in choosing accommodation, as there is so much on offer. So if you decide to buy a house or a villa or a reputable resort project here, for sure it'll be a great investment. You can buy the property as you first home or as a holiday accomodation. Almazora property comes in all sorts and price ranges. A flat, apartment, town house or villa... they're all available waiting to be snapped up, and believe me, they will be.
