What you have to do is simply to list your property on the site, filling out a profile, answering some questions such as number of bedrooms, price, location etc etc. The more detailed information you give then the more people will be able to find the house they want and the less time you'll waste showing people around who wanted something different.

As such you can also include photographs with your listing and should make sure that these are as accurate a portrayal of your building as they possibly can be; make sure you take photos of each room and of the garden etc, and take them from an angle that shows most of the rooms. Of course make it look good as otherwise you won't attract any interest, but don't be completely misleading or you will just be wasting your time when the buyers see it in person.

If you want to sell your house and make a profit or just move home, then this can be a more easy process listing your home in many mls website so that this gives people the ability to look for your property from the comfort of their home. They also won't need to see your home advertised but can just navigate to one site they should be familiar with. Then they will be able to easily decide if they might be interested in your home and decide to come to visit which will save both you and them time.
