Havanese Training: Teach Your Dog To Play Tricks

It is very amusing to have pets at home. The most common pets in the house are the dogs. People enjoyed their companions. They are considered as man s best friend. Having a dog at home makes your family happy especially the children. They are one of the must have play mates of the children at home. These dogs need to be trained to avoid any unwanted events in the home.

You should consider to follow these rules in Havanese Training:

• Love and respect your Havanese

This dog breeds are very sensitive to the tone of your voice. They are not pleased to hear you in your harsh tone of voice. It is better to treat them gently.

• Select a suitable place in dog training

You should select the appropriate place. They will likely to learn if they are free from distractions just like humans do. Since they are very sociable and playful, exposing them to many people will distract them on their trainings. They will prefer to play since they are fond of playing.

• Identify the behavior of the Havanese

in Havanese Training, it is best to know the characteristic of the dog. This will give you more access on identifying the proper training of the dog. It will require you more time if you don t know the natural behavior of the dog. Identifying their behavior will help you more in training the Havanese.

Dog training is best done when they are still puppies so as the Havaneses. Here are some of the tips on Havanese Training:

• Bell ringing

When you want to take your Havanese outside or inside of the house, let him touch his nose or paw.

o Do not forget to praise his accomplishment so that he will be more motivated in doing it.

o If the bell rings don t forget to bring the dog inside or outside. If you fail to do this, he will think that it s a game and will soon get confused when the bell rings.

o Be reminded that you must give exact hint for your pet to avoid confusion on his part. You can also teach another method on how to ring the bell. This will depend on the time you ll dedicate for training the dogs on their tricks.

• To ask for water

o Many pet lovers have tried this method in Havanese Training.

o When the Havanese will come closer to the water container such as tubs or any other, ask him if he wants water.

o Let them respond a single bark to confirm his need.

o Do not give the dog any water unless it will give its single bark as confirmation of the question.

o Every time the dog will come near the water container or etc. Do not forget to ask him do you need water?”

o Wait for the single bark as his answer.

o Do this routine as a habitual one.

These basic tips on dog training are best done with lots of care and understanding to your puppies. Treating the pet as a friend and having mutual connection on them will guarantee the best result.
