Lucca Leadership Ireland was established in 2002 by David Body with the high ideals of youth being a medium to positive change worldwide. Their goal was to train young people from around the world, in leadership skills which will be put to use in making a difference in their respective communities and nations.

The program has attracted young people around the world, including Australia, Italy, Ireland, North America, South Africa and UK. It is an independent and unaffiliated organization based on modern leadership with traditional values.

Their Core Ideals Are:

* Each young person has the capability to make a positive change.
* Service is the foundation of leadership.
* Human beings should work together and not compete with each other.
* Young people should lead the way toward change for others to follow.
* All human beings belong together as a family.

Transformational Leadership

The foundation on which Lucca Leadership stands is transformational leadership. It is based on teaching the young to become leaders, by bringing out their best qualities and being aware of their potential. They are taught to convey what they have learned, to the society in which they live, to bring about positive changes.

Your inner force and capabilities emerge to the fullest potential when you undergo this training. This inspires others to follow as true leaders are those who can motivate others to aim for the common good. Their aim is to uplift communities around the world and make it a worldwide movement for the improvement and progress of mankind.

Young people become aware of their potential and capability to be the reason for positive change through service by the realization that the world should be united. This unity can be achieved through cooperation and communication when there is a universal intent of mutual help and service.

Lucca Leadership Trust teaches young people to be in a constant state of responsiveness and responsibility as they are a part of the whole world which is one. The obstacles to the growth of humanity are thinking of us as separate. Only when we get rid of this kind of thinking would we realize that we all have to work together for the entire world to change and grow in positive ways.

Lucca Leadership was started with the conviction that you as a young person have the potential to be a leader in your community and find solutions to any challenge that you face. This movement can grow and spread transforming our world to bring happiness, health and success which is everyone's right. The main goal is to heal the world with powerful qualities of young people.
