To the layperson, these programs seem to offer nothing that some introspection and common sense put together don't. Such skepticism is more a comment upon the people who take up the program rather than the program itself.

The person making the comment might well be a capable person who has achieved great success. But such critique indicates a certain lack of understanding. No two people are truly alike, as we learnt in biology, not even identical twins. It is impossible, therefore, for any two people to walk the same path to success.

Another thing about criticism is that it is free of charge, and comes from every quarter. People who attend programs learn to deal with criticism positively. They take what is helpful, and reject what is not so. In the quest to achieve what each one of us is possible of achieving, these graduates realize, criticism can become a major stumbling block. The programs reach out the participant in a different manner, based on participants' inculcation of the conversations and discussions.

This again, is both symbolic and standard given the distinct nature of every individual. Perceptions vary, and mental images thus formed also vary. The mental images that participants form are pictures of themselves post the experience, unburdened from criticism, free to pursue ambition and creativity to the utmost.

Such a liberated self-perception also helps handle other people and groups with ease. This works wonders in a family environment where sometimes taking a step back from our own fears is the only way to take conversations forward. Participants have learnt precisely this aspect at the Family Coaching sessions and responded better to stressful domestic situations. They have also convinced family members of the value of Education programs resulting in a wider appreciation of the process and its benefits. After all, mutual agreement is the best foundation for a prosperous family.

The beauty of the methods lie in their applicability, with slight shifts in focus , to different groups and individuals with different core objectives. These also help employees relate better to their working communities and activate in them the need to strive for personal and corporate success. The employees are open to their own abilities as leaders and no long require timely commands and are instead able to act independently without compromising on company values and ideals.
