This comes in very handy in the legal world as it allows you to administer oaths to witnesses and certify the validity of all sorts of documents. Furthermore, often times you will be asked to transcribe the conversations had during depositions for trial. And these are just a few of the activities you can look forward to while working as a stenographer.
