If this is your opening effort at an IT exam then you should consider whether to cut your teeth on some basic Microsoft package and Windows skills first.

Ensure all your accreditations are current and also valid commercially - don't even consider programmes which lead to some in-house certificate (which is as useless as if you'd printed it yourself).
