Working On A Small Budget? Take A Look At Acer Laptops

When it comes to laptops Acer is one of the most popular manufacturers these days. Up until recently, they were the only netbook manufacturer that did not offer a 10' netbook. Now that they have released their 10' model, their sales continue to rise above the rest

Acer's netbooks are portable and light, yet just as functional as a laptop. This being said, the keyboard works just as eloquently as any other keyboard on the market. While the integrated mouse may not be the best, the overall power and functionality make this a minor hiccup for netbook owners.

Regardless of size, the Acer AspireOne offers everything a normal sized laptop offers. Out of the box, you can effortlessly set up your Wi-Fi connections in order to immediately begin communicating with your friends and colleagues. In fact, this handy little computer gives you quick access, at the front of the PC, to switch Wi-Fi off and on with the flip of a switch.

On top of this, the Acer AspireOne is one of the only netbooks with easy connection to Bluetooth devices. Meaning, there is a button above the keyboard that allows for quick, easy, effortless connectivity to your Bluetooth gadgets. Acer went above and beyond to make this model user friendly.

It is known for the battery life in their machines, but they have outdone themselves this time. The battery life, on the new 10' model, is a little more than four hours. Now, if you are watching a movie and have other things running, you may not get this time out of it. But if you are using basic functionality, you will have no problem staying away from an outlet for nearly five hours.

Another thing Acer is known for is their competitive pricing. Not only can you get this model for under $400, but it gives you everything that other models offer. If you have patience and do not need the computer right away, take your time and look for sales. These netbooks have been known to sell for as little as $199. Even though their approach to a 10' model was needed, they should have spent a bit more time on the product. It is a good starter model for students, high school students. It might even make a good secondary toy for some, but the overall use would be limited in comparison to other available models.
