The moving company would have to work hand in hand with network vendors to solve this issue. In simple words, the entire network should be in place before you starting dismantling and packing up your old data center.

Circuit-turn up which is called making your network circuit alive is a time consuming process. Sometimes it takes ninety days or more for Telco turn up for circuits. To overcome this you need to initiate the networking efforts as early as three months before the actual move is planned. Wrong configuration of CSU/DSU, router not being LMI enabled, defective CSU/DSU, wrong installation of the links between the existing system and the local Telco switch are some of the possible defects which occur during installation. This can badly affect your quick move to the new place.

Therefore it is very important that you start the integration process of the existing network with the external communication links immediately after you decide on your new location.
