The tech expert revived my old PC with PC optimization software

My friend recently told me that he wanted to sell his PC as he was planning to buy a new laptop. I always wanted to have my own PC at home, but due to scarcity of funds I was unable to do so. I made up my mind to purchase his PC. His system was very attractive and looked well-maintained. I paid him the dues and brought it home.

I was overwhelmed with the fact that now I also have my own computer and I would not have to go to cyber cafe to browse Internet. But the real problem arose when I started using it. Since my friend was a sales advisor, he had stored lots of data that was not useful to me. He had also downloaded untold amounts of junk from the Internet. This had made the PC run very slow. It was almost impossible to work on it. I was quite upset with the whole situation. I felt cheated.

I contacted number of local vendors. They all suggested me that my PC requires Windows 7 PC optimization software. They also said that they could install this particular software on my system; however, the price that they asked for the service was quite high. I could not afford to shell so much money again on that PC. I was quite disheartened. I discussed the issue with lots of people in a hope that I might find a solution to it.

Then one day, one of my colleague told me about a tech support firm that offered online service. He gave me their toll free number and asked to find out if they provided PC optimization software.

After coming back from work I dialed their toll free number. My call was answered by one of their tech experts. He sounded quite knowledgeable. He listened to my problem and offered me the same solution that other local vendors had given. But my main concern was the fee that they might be charging for their service. On enquiring this, he explained me that their charges are very nominal and that by them the company will provide me an unlimited assistance for any computer-related problem for one full year.

I quickly agreed to it as in this way I would be able to sort out any problem that I might face while using my system in future also. On receiving a green signal from me, he started working on my system through a remote connection. He upgraded my system with all the latest software packages and also downloaded the latest version of antivirus software.

Not only this, he also provided other useful information regarding the security and privacy of the computer. I felt blessed. Now my system runs perfectly fine.
