If you are a realtor, all this means is that you have to keep up with the times. You have to make sure that your marketing tools are in keeping with today's technology, due to the fact that many people now use such technology to conduct their business. If you insist on holding on to archaic methods of marketing real estate, you would find that your business would not flourish at all, since it would be very difficult to connect with any other potential buyers of the property.

One such emerging technology is to provide floor plans of the houses you are selling online. In the past, doing this was a very difficult process, and you had to employ many people such as graphic designers and IT experts to do it for you. Even then, the results of doing this weren't as good as one would expect. This meant that it was not very viable to provide such floor plans online, and this is why many people may not be very keen on it even today.

However, the scene has changed in such a way that it's now easy without spending too much. In fact, you may not even need to employ anyone to do it, since there are online services that allow one to put such plans online. Normally, all that is needed is a drawing of the floor plan, and some pictures as well. The online service will then put all these together to come up with a virtual floor plan that your prospective customers can then easily navigate from wherever they are.
