Without proper communication, you also don't have any means to maintain the relationship with your customers. Your target clients would just relegate you to something that is not necessary and valuable to them because they don t have any desire to hold on to the relationship. What happens is that you end up disconnected with each other, without any way for your target clients to get to know more of you and your business. This then creates the barrier that would only make it difficult for them to create that link with you.
Marketing is therefore the key if you want to maintain your good relationship with your target audience. By communicating your message regularly, you're able to keep them abreast of what s happening with your business; therefore, you make them part of your whole business process.
