Second is setting the right prices of the goods, third is creating a proper connection with the emotions of the customers, fourth pillar is paying the right respect to the customers and lastly solving the problems of the customer is another pillar of retail.

Creating customer loyalty is the basic function of retail, as once you create customer loyalty towards your brand it will be easier for you to stay in the market for a longer period of time. Creating customer loyalty is not a very easy task, as it takes years for a brand to create customer loyalty.

The first step to create customer loyalty is by introducing various sales promotional activities which includes loyalty one, loyalty cards, coupons, reward program, gifts, special discounts and many more.

Loyalty cards are privilege cards which are offered to the customers on bulk purchases. Here, once you get this card you will get a chance to enjoy great discounts. Sometimes companies offer various gifts to the customer on special purchases, this sales promotion activity is known as reward program. So, if you are willing to increase your company profit, capture huge customers and create a strong hold in the market then you must adopt these sales promotional activities which are a crucial part of this form of marketing.

Retail marketing not only increases the overall profits of the company but at the same time reduces brand switching. Here customers tend to stick to a single brand for a longer time period and thus it generates huge revenue for the company. In the past, less attention was given to the customer's need and emotion. Now in order to capture the huge market, companies need to read the customers' minds and predict their future needs. This marketing helps marketers to understand the customers' psyche.

If you don't want to become a victim of brand switching and want to get a strong hold on the fluctuating market then you need to adopt an advanced technique. If you want to be in the business in the long run then advanced retail marketing is the only option for you.
