Whether it's an ebook, video, or the infamous "boot camp", you must show people that you understand their problems and can offer them solutions. When you've accomplished this, growing your list of prospects will never be a problem again.

3. Give First, Take Later It's one of the biggest mistakes that 95% of Network Marketers make - they try to take before they give. Most marketers are so focused on the sale that they fail to establish a relationship of trust with their prospect. The best way to do this is to provide valuable and useful information, and plenty of it before you feel compelled to ask for the sale or the commitment.

I routinely send out surveys simply asking people on my list what they need. I ask about their biggest fears, frustrations, and problems. The answers I get give me a clue into the type of information they need. Once I start offering solutions to their problems, they are mine.

5. Don't Forget the 95% Who Will Never Join Your Business Too many marketers stop short when it comes to taking full advantage of their prospect list. They become hyper-focused on the 5% that will join their business or buy their primary product, and forget about the 95% who never do. Herein lies the killer strategy that makes the top earners so wealthy.

They've learned to monetize their list to the fullest, by becoming affiliates of other great products and marketing these to to their list, as well. It's a win-win situation - your prospects are happy to have potential solutions to their problems, and you walk away with affiliate income.
