Not giving any thought to delivery. Okay, you've got a slick new website for your home based Internet business and you've advertised everywhere you can think of. The orders are piling in. But can you fulfill them? If you're selling a product and haven't set up a distribution channel, or if you're selling a service and can't fulfill your promises, you're in big trouble. No matter how good your home based Internet business is, your reputation rests on satisfying customers.
