Provide as much information as possible. A mandatory fee needs to be paid up and the Replacement Birth Certificate is issued then and there.

For the people who are not living in the country of their birth the option to get it online seems more viable as travelling all the way to get a certificate issued does not sound very encouraging. All the information is available on the Internet and the registration can be applied for and even paid for without visiting the Office.

Just as the Birth Certificate validates a birth of a child, a Marriage Certificate is a document which validates a marriage. People who go for traditional kind of marriage do not mind to spend few hours to get this document which officially stamps their marriage.

In an event where one lands up losing a Marriage Certificate one has to approach the local government body of the place where the marriage was originally conducted and registered.

Again all relevant details of both the partners need to be filled up to get the certificate.
