Be sure you send the invitations promptly so that guests are able to reserve the day for you. If you are reserving a place to hold your event, please be courteous to start and end as promised on your contract to lease for the time. No one likes to explain why only half of the guests were able to eat and the others were not.There will be many responsibilities for you the day of the event, large or small. You cannot be in one place at the same time; therefore, you will need a team to help you. Even though you will be managing all the activities for the time being, you still need someone to perform them for you. Look in to hiring individuals who excel in the area that you need them for or ask family and friends.
