Cracks could occur only when workmanship is poor or due to the climatic conditions. Grouting helps walls to remain crack free for longer period. It does not allow moisture or water to enter in the walls, ceiling and in the floor. It keeps the cement hydration fresh for longer duration.

Surface treatment can be done in various ways. Many architects utilize the design brick tiles at the outer area of buildings like gardens and parking lot etc. This beautifully designed modified concrete bricks are fixed on the floor and this kind of flooring is spectacular and it available at reasonable cost.

The other ways of surface treatment is where tiles, marbles and granites are coated on the floor. Usually these are used for interior designing. The concrete coating is first spread on the surface and then tiles and marbles are coated on the floor. Once the entire construction work is completed only then the surface or flooring treatment work starts.

To make the residences or our office more beautiful, a lot of technical effort and hard work is required and it takes time to complete the entire process. Ideally the engineers, architects and workmen work together for renovating and constructing your dream home and office.
