How to Change Tires Efficiently

A beneficial heavy duty tool for any auto shop that changes tires on a regular basis would be something such as an air rim clamp tire changer with extended clamps. The extended clamps feature is helpful because they give you extra long clamps to allow you to reach to those hard to get to and/or tricky tires. Also, there is no unsafe manoeuvring needed because of the extended clamps, which most can attest to as being an issue. Safety was in mind during the creation of all aspects of this tire changer!

An air rim clamp tire changer is fundamentally the same as the high volume capacity model, except that it is meant for smaller in size vehicles. However, it was specially designed to handle tough to change tires, such as low profiles and run flats. This aspect is beneficial to any operator because, as any semi- experienced would admit, you do run into these types of tires more often than not and it is good to be prepared by having a tool such as this to assist you. It offers you the help that you need to complete any type of job accurately.

There are four parts of this tire changer that allow it to operate the way it does. It has an air hose, an air inflation gauge, an inflation pedal, and a manual pressure bleed valve. The air hose is the transportation host that allows the air to flow through it. It has a specialized end clamp to firmly fasten the valve systems of the wheels.

The inflation gauge tells you how much air is in the tire in terms of psi. The release of air is operated by a pedal. The manual bleed valve allows a manual release of air pressure directly from the tire itself.

The air rim clamp tire changer with extended clamps has a robotic arm that allows you to very easily flex stiff sidewalls without superhuman effort. This is beneficial as well because it is engineered with easy operating abilities.

Another positive aspect about this machine that is sometimes overlooked is safety. Safety is a key aspect to operating this flexing feature because the heavy machinery being operated can sometimes pose certain safety threats. you can know for sure that you are safe using this feature.

The long arm also helps you in the process of wheel clamping, bead removal, and top bead mounting, which further shortens the whole process. You are able to give customers quick service and help additional customers by utilizing the time this machine has saved you.

An air rim clamp tire changer with extended clamps also comes with a table top, which is the location a tire is placed on, and it allows you to complete whatever work needs to be done on it.

Generally, a table top has rim clamps that are used for securing a wheel onto the table to keep it in place and stable. Each rim clamp can be adjusted farther apart or closer from the middle of the table top, depending on the size and shape of the tire you are working on.

The table top also has the ability to extend itself, in order to accommodate those larger tires. This tire changer has a bead loosening system as well, which is simply another piece of the process of removing or mounting a tire. The bead loosening system has multiple adjustments and components to allow you to service all sizes of tires.
