A headlight lesson
You may know different types of headlights; you may even have the ability to choose the most suitable one for a certain car. But looking at them as different things is unlike looking at them in a different way.
The primary purpose of the headlight is to light the driver s line of vision when driving at night. It is the alternative to sunlight which enables our eyes to see. Without it is difficult to see the road; the car is directed incorrectly and accidents will probably occur. When you tell others that they are in darkness, in the bondage of sin or of ignorance, you are simply distinguishing yourself as under the light of something.
Headlights are made from different lighting materials and for different secondary purposes. Halogen and xenon headlights are types which contain halogen gases and xenon, respectively; incandescent headlight has copper filament. Fog lights are for short-range vision (when there is fog, snow or rain); driving lights and pencil beams are for long-range visibility (for standard direct lighting).
Beside the main headlights are the signal lights. As their name tells, they work as signal device for other drivers to notice which way you will turn, to right or to left. Headlights also notify the approaching vehicles of your presence and your direction. Thus, it is a good habit to purchase replacement headlights in place of the defective ones; it will save you from accidents. Yet there are lights that you deem worthless anymore (according to their effectiveness in doing their roles).
Headlights are things we can use and rely when driving at night or in bad weather conditions, but it can also be an object of reflection. Have a glance at things you perceive yet you believe as trivial. Wisdom is not the ability to see different things but the ability to see things in a different way.
