Top Authors Block for ArticleMs 2.0

The new Top Authors Block ready for ArticleMs 2.0. I used the old version adding also the Author's Picture and Author's Bio with the help of Dejavu .

If you want it on your site this is the step by step how to:

1) Into your admin create a new block called: topauthors and set up as universal

2) In the HTML part copy the code below

<table height="516" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="1" border="1" width="500"> <tbody> <tr> <td>{section name=$this->i loop=$this->authors} <center> <table width="98%" border="0" cellpadding="10" cellspacing="1" bgcolor="#ffffff"> <tr bgcolor="#f5f5f5"> <td width="65" height="25" valign="top"> {if $this->authors[$this->i]->Picture}<img src="{$this->authors[$this->i]->Picture->url}"> {else} Upload Your Picture {/if} </td> <td height="25" valign="middle"> <a href="{$this->authors[$this->i]->url_profile}" rel="nofollow">{$this->authors[$this->i]->name}</a> {$this->authors[$this->i]->bio} <div align="right">Articles Published: {$this->authors[$this->i]->article_count}   </div> </td> <td width="45" height="25" valign="top"> <center> <a href="{$this->authors[$this->i]->url_profile}?fmt=rss " title="Author's Feed" rel="nofollow"> <img src="{$this->relpath}skins/{$this->skin}/images/rss28.jpg" alt="Author Feed" /></a> </center> </td> </tr></table> </center> {/section}</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

3) In the PHP part copy the code below:

$this->authors = $this->getUsers('', 'user_article_count DESC', 10);

4) Copy this code where you want the block (normally in the sidebar)

{$Blocks->topauthors}

That's it.

Now you can see the top authors into your site
